Why us

For a bank to adopt AI agents, it takes two things that are rarely found together: knowing how to sell a controlled workspace to a large company, and knowing how to really build with agents.

Rubén spent years explaining to managers and auditors why work can happen in an environment the company controls without people working any worse. That is the promise of virtual desktops, and Harkaq brings it to agents.

Gonzalo knows how a bank buys and what its auditors ask, after more than fifteen years on the infrastructure-vendor side. And he builds products with AI agents every day, so he knows first-hand what an agent can do when nobody stops it.

How we work

  • Security is proven, not declared. Our specification went through independent adversarial reviews before we wrote the product, and we test every control against real attacks.
  • Decisions in the open. We explain on the blog what we decided and why, and we publish how we handle vulnerabilities.
  • From Lima, for Latin America. We are starting with regulated companies in Peru and Chile.
